Today’s Prayer to Passage will continue within “A Hero’s Journey” by Joseph Campbell. This month’s spiritual devotion within these texts will be taking place between July 1 – July 27, 2017.

Today I pray, “Dear God, I am ready to have yet another breakthrough. What am I to manifest in the next several months? Amen.”

Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to reveal this passage:

at the darkest point,
where there is no path.

Where there is a way or path,
it is someone else’s path.

You are not on your own path.

If you follow someone else’s way,
you are not going to realize
your potential.”
