Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “The Abundance: Narrative Essays Old and New” by Annie Dillard.
Today I pray, “Dear God, Thank You for adventure. Amen.”
Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to this passage:
“The discovery of art is often gradual, a process of minor discoveries riddled with uncertainties and the potential of making that which is discovered vanish before your eyes, like a mirage.”
—ANNIE DILLARD
Yes. As time is not linear, all discovery happens in the now. And this vanishing act is an act of stepping into a new now again and again and again… So we can all ways create anew. I discovered this within the past two years. This growing evolution of good has its basis in Source God. This is exciting, by the way. It is with the new generations that have arrived and continue to arrive that we experience evolution. This energy places a stamp on new nows. This evolution of goodness in new nows is an adventure of discovery.
If the United States of America is insistent on anything as a collective, it is to be insistent on being the leading edge of this evolution toward unity consciousness. When we, as a collective humanity, become “self-first”, not selfish, we are able to open all of humanity up toward this beautiful becoming of God’s greatest good. As we unite, the world unites. And I emphasize that this is not to take place in a fear-based camp. This is to take place in an empowering caring for self essence of energy. Self-love opens the collective consciousness up to love of All as love of One as love of Self. It is an infinity. Exciting!
