Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “Non-violent Communication: A Language of Life” by Marshall B. Rosenberg.
Today I pray, “Dear God, What will we be bringing forth in the realm of human communication in this decade? Amen.”
Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to reveal this passage:
“When we are in contact with our feelings and needs, we humans no longer make good slaves and underlings.”
—MARSHALL B. ROSENBERG
This is perfect. The human communication we present as cognizant beings having a conscious experience is welcomed into this era with an encouragement toward authenticity and self-expression. Verbal self-expression is a growing collective. This is evident in social media realms. And this freedom for self-expression births a higher vibration of empowerment. The United States might be on to something with the First Amendment, as this sets the stage for what is possible in the area of disclosure, acceptance of others’ points of view, tolerance, freedom for self-expression, non-violent communication, empathy, empowerment, healing through conversing, emotional honesty, boundaries, and learning from one another for the serendipitous growth that may then come to light.
There is so much value to what is made available to humans and our souls within when we allow for this freedom from suppression. We flower in this. We learn deeper core soul value here. We are fully self-expressed here. We are authentic, deeper, richer, and more heightened here. Person to person value and equality begins with communication. We are on to something in this era. So, by all means available, speak up!
