Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “A Course in Miracles” scribed by Helen Schucman.

As I have been stating in the month of January 2017, I am spending this month within “A Course in Miracles”. I am filled with blessings in this inquiry. It has been a calm delight.

Today I pray, “Dear God, Of the body, I may be one portion, and not the portion others are expecting me to be. I am still of the body. And I see that I am so worthy. (1 Corinthians 12:15) Thank You for continually reminding me of what I have accomplished in my life, in my callings, and in my answers to follow Your callings. My gratitude is eternal. Amen.”

Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to reveal this passage:

“I thank You, Father, for the many gifts that come to me today and every day from every Son of God. My brothers are unlimited in all their gifts to me. Now may I offer them my thankfulness, that gratitude to them may lead me on to my Creator and His memory.”

I honor those around me, of whom my portions of gifts meet. Their gifts are received in harmony. I allow others in as I allow light into a dark room. I am a light of my own source, as my source of light is within as God’s Source energy. When I meet others, I may honor and allow their Source energy to meet my own. This is light meeting light. This is Namaste. This is a highest degree of a Higher Self meeting a Higher Self. Two portions of light as one.
