Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “The Sun Also Rises” by Ernest Hemingway.

Today I pray, “Dear God, In the midst of a temporary crisis, we often look to those we call friends for assistance and offerings of support. We have supported them many times in the past, and reciprocity becomes a natural way of being as humans. Thank You for this. Amen.”

Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to reveal this passage:
