Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “Synchronicity: The Bridge Between Matter and Mind” by F. David Peat.
Today I pray, “Dear God, When something rushes out, something else rushes in. Thank You for this. Amen.”
Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to this passage:
“One thought follows on the other, they are not distinct objects with clear boundaries; rather, one thought anticipates the next and thereby contains it. The thought that comes afterwards contains the memory or trace of the former. Thus, the movement of thought within the mind requires a mathematics of implicate forms.”
It is most often thought that rushes in first. The mind moves before the body moves. It is in thought that what is rushing in, following what has already rushed out, may take prominence over the new situation. It is in thought where we carry ourselves to a place of compassion, a stance of love. And it is in this rushing-in thought energy that we find out how much God Loves us.
