Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book ‘The Secrets Of Self-Love: How To Love Yourself, Overcome The Lonliness Of Being Single, And Achieve Happiness’ by Winsome Campbell-Green.

Today I pray, “Dear God, This is a good book to utilize during the month of February, as it is the month of Valentine’s Day. Got any Valentines today? Amen.”

Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to this passage:

“Even though you will go through all the pain, sadness and hurt, one day you will emerge happier, stronger, confident and victorious.”

“Wherever you go, there you are.” Whether in love, out of love, on the way to love, or departing from love — YOU remain the constant. If your love becomes all for naught, apply that love-energy to YOU. It feels so good. I might have been a sobbing mess in the midst of my past break-ups, yet looking back, those were the days, weeks, and months when I was my most vibrant. Because I took myself back.

If I were to create an empowering context surrounding the gloriousness of singledom it would be this: I turned and walked away from him and walked straight ahead to get my sexy back. Quickly following each of my past break-ups, I was brighter, bolder, sexier, and more confident. I was…available! I got to flirt…with other people! It was fantastic. I posed for more photos because I looked prettier. I socialized more because I had extra love to share. Those were happy times in my life! So if you’re single and not ecstatic about it, build on YOU. Because you’re worth it.
