Today’s Prayer to Passage comes from a romantic musical playing on public television titled ‘On a Clear Day You Can See Forever.’ It is written by Alan Jay Lerner.
Today I pray, “Dear God, With intermittency of visions, how do I know when to share my voice and when to await a clearer picture? Amen.”
Following my prayer, I increased the volume and recorded the following passage:
“I think the answers make you wise, but the questions make you human.”
“…On a clear day rise and look around you and you’ll see who you are.”

Ownership of settings allows me to better respond to signals. A knowing that I have spent years putting into practice is my prime resource. Visions are renewable, not meant to be ignored. I need not look far for what I need; I am fully supplemented right where I am. The good news is that there is a common goal: I want God to speak to me and God wants to speak to me. In the realm of forever, nothing is really off the grid, and that I can voice with honest clarity.
