Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “Seat of the Soul” by Gary Zukav.

Today I pray, “Dear God, Today I thank You for my mother. She is a true, divine soul mate of mine. And I of her. Thank You for the beautiful and perfect relationship I have with my mother. Thank You for the woman she is for me. Thank You for the nurturer she has been and continues to be for me. Thank You for her love. Amen.”

Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to reveal this passage:

I have such a grand connection of compassion for my mother. I have offered to her my own motherhood throughout my lifetime. Even as a child, I always wanted to ensure that she was OK, that she was cared for and nurtured. Perhaps that is this balancing Libra nature within my essence of being. Perhaps I was her mother in a previous lifetime, and that symbiotic relationship continues energetically. By definition, “relationship” is a way of relating to another. It is a relation of grand power and grand love. And I am held ever tightly within the loving being of my mother. She is my soul mate. And in this lifetime, we have found one another again.
