Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “Passionate Presence: Experiencing the Seven Qualities of Awakened Awareness” by Catherine Ingram.

Today I pray, “Dear God, With higher vibrational frequencies, we do travel through a becoming of an awakened state. In these becomings, as they are individual first, we collectively have similar experiences in sleep patterns, food sensitivities, and so on. As this transformation is now individual (it was previously understood that the awakening would take place collectively for those ready to receive this awakening), it is a fluidity of understanding to recognize that Divine will, free will, and karmic will may now unite as a triune transformation. In these three — Divine will, free will, and karmic will — and given the spiritual nature of seven comes to a total of 10 (3 + 7 = 10). In numerology, the number 10 may be understood to be a master number of the number one, which is new beginnings, leadership, and revitalized energy. This reminds me of higher vibrational frequency! What is available for us to explore here? Thank You. Amen. ”

Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to reveal this passage:

“Perhaps nature has demanded that we keep on the move in order to stay alive but this is becoming detrimental to life… yet in an awakened awareness the mind acclimates itself to an expansion in silence. It gets used to letting neurotic thoughts drift and fade into nothingness, and it gradually loses interest in them even as they continue to arise. Disinterest in neurotic thoughts limits their power. What becomes more interesting is the opening expanse of awareness through which all thoughts and everything else emerge and dissolve.”

Wow. What a gorgeous passage. This passage connects with my heart, deeply. I think of the buds blooming on trees during this season of spring. And how I am so much more interested in walking physically into nature and being with the trees than I have ever been before. I want to be with the grasses and flowers in their blooming nature. I desire to develop an energetic relationship with a tree in the forest in a way I used to develop an energetic relationship and attachment to a new pair of shoes or a car or a boyfriend. I had to bring it back to a level of contrast to display the change that is taking place within me now. I love the buds on the trees in an exciting energy that makes me so authentically blissful and contented. I used to attach in such a way to this feeling that arose within me through material objects and people. This transition to a love for nature is blossoming within me in a way that is fun, exciting, childlike, wonderful, and freeing. Nature is cultivating me. I love it!
