Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “Journey of Souls: Case Studies of Life Between Lives” by Michael Newton, Ph.D. .
Today I pray, “Dear God, What is something to know about in the conversation of the soul? Amen.”
Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to reveal this passage:
“At a wat temple in the mountains of Northern Thailand, a Buddhist teacher once reminded me of a simple truth. ‘Life,’ he said, ‘is offered as a means of self-expression, only giving us what we seek when we listen to the heart. The highest forms of this expression are acts of kindness.'”
When we are empathic, we may welcome kindness with compassion towards others as well as towards ourselves. Our energetic bodies may exist with others as others exist with us. When we express our soul purposes through kindness, we may then experience a heightened sense of forgiveness, simplicity, and peace. When we fully express our souls, we remember the importance of self-protection and boundaries. And this balances the Self. It is our natural state of being to become empathic. Empathy is who we are on a soul level. When we conform to anti-kindness, we lose the light in our eyes. The essence of our souls is kindness, and at this time in humanity’s history, we are free to fully express it.
