Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “The Golden Notebook” by Doris Lessing.

Today I pray, “Dear God, Today was the most intimate, open communication I have had with my cherished friend in the 19 months I have known him. I acknowledged that I should have sparked this communication with him on our third date, a year and a half ago. I have all of the skills to communicate, having concentrated my studies in communications in college, and having completed nine extended learning courses in personal and professional growth, training, and development. This communication felt like I was getting to know my cherished friend authentically for the first time in our life together. What’s next? Amen.”

Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to reveal this passage:

“Do you know what people really want? Everyone, I mean. Everybody in the world is thinking: ‘I wish there was just one other person I could really talk to, who could really understand me, who’d be kind to me. That’s what people really want, if they’re telling the truth.”

The transformation of the Twin Flame experience is reaching a heightened level of emotion and a calling for a deeper level of connection. This gift that we are being given is a gift of protection of our spirits in the eternal. This connection brings us into a field, a space, together in partnership. It is then that we will continue forward into our life purposes together, as one. When blockages arise, when feelings intensify to a state where we must separate ourselves from one another, we are accomplishing a test. And in the absence of clinging to fear, we are free from one another, shielded and protected in God’s love, and guided to finding our ways back to one another again. And the masculine and the feminine join in divine love and partnership. Whole, complete, and perfect. Once again.
