Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “The Ginger Man” by J. P. Donleavy.
Today I pray, “Dear God, I feel the most free when I allow myself to define my own life. It is through my relationship with You that I define my life in Oneness with You. My loved ones become those with whom I choose to spend earthly time. Each moment with others is a moment spent in partnership with You. It is not the people who define me; it is my Love for people, as extensions of my Love for You and Your Love for me. Amen.”
Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to this passage:
“A day on which all things are born, like uncovered stars.”
Some days, most days, it feels strange to me — this existence on planet earth. Family members become extensions of something bigger than I can really recall. I know of the importance of honoring my family, though I am uncertain of what this importance is. If I were to venture a guess, I would surmise that relationships are one of the more important lessons to be learned while in the body. I recently heard clear conduit channel Pamela Aaralyn state something she learned from channeling modern-metaphysics pioneer Delores Cannon. The now late Cannon found in her life’s work studying hypnosis and applying her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique that if human relationships are not the most important aspect of life on earth then we would not be born of a human mother.
We are carried within another human in order to arrive. And we depend on another, and often others, in order to survive through infancy and into childhood and adolescence. It then becomes natural that human relationships stay with us as an important aspect of life on earth. These are simple terms, yet there is something about this simplicity that allows us to uncover their source. It fascinates me to see a child point to the evening sky and say, “What’s that?” And to hear a loving parent re-teach, “Those are stars. Can you say ‘stars’?” The child was focused on the relationships determining a survival. And two or three years later… a rediscovery of a further source.
Recalling our missions from Source God, we remain in reverence to one another, humanity. As it is in large part, these very relationships with our human family so called us to return from the stars. Or to return from the resting place, Heaven. When we discover Source for ourselves, in the way we choose to define it, we travel with an infinite family. We traveled to arrive here, we arrive and survive in Love. And Source uncovers the rest as we ask for the uncovering.
