Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “Hamlet” by William Shakespeare.
Today I pray, “Dear God, Today I was at a book shop. I have not read “A Course in Miracles”, which has been whispered at louder intervals into my life within the past three weeks. Since I recently had been informed that this book was scribed in the words of our great teacher Yeshua, of whom many of us know as Jesus, and it was received and scribed through its author Helen Schucman, I made the simple choice to receive a copy and begin reading the teachings today.
This we will further explore soon, yet I wanted to note a moment of joy that I experienced at the book shop today. I was standing in the aisle where “A Course in Miracles”, the book for which I had arrived, was shelved — only I had not found it. As I was there, a few minutes had passed, I heard a song playing from the speakers in the shop. It was the same song that played at the co-op market the day I wrote about my visit there on April 22nd of this year. The song was “Ophelia” by The Lumineers. And so, I changed today’s intended book (which was pre-selected to be “Don Quixote” by Miguel de Cervantes) to William Shakespeare’s “Hamlet”, as Ophelia was a beloved feminine character in this famously classic play.
As I do not venture out to shops often, and since the first time I noticed the song “Ophelia” by The Lumineers was at the co-op market, an experience I wrote about later that day in the context of Heaven being with me on a guided tour of all the stimuli presented in a modern-day market, the song was quickly noticed and discerned today when I heard it repeated. It was as if the spirit realm was tickling me a brief “Hello! Enjoy the book! We Love you!” in a vibration of heartfelt joy. I will share the song with lyrics in a video post at the close of today’s writings. God, I am in love with everything. I am in love with Your timing and Your alignment. And I am open to being further moved by You in this lively adventure called life on earth. Thank You for the song that is the vibration of my mind and of my heart. Amen.”
Following my prayer, I held the closed writing in my hands and opened it to this passage in Act I Scene I:
“For this relief much thanks. ‘Tis bitter cold, and I am sick at heart.”
—WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE”
When life on earth appears a despoliation from Heaven, when separation appears to continue, humans such as myself come along and say, “It’s OK. We are here, seeking alignment with Oneness. We still exist, and life goes on.” And you, Heaven, are in love with this feeling of satisfaction. In the place just beyond earth there is fullness of peace and opportunity for completion. There is Oneness fully known and realized. Here, on earth, there is separation. Yet, we still exist, and it’s OK. Life goes on, and we are moving in a Heavenly direction. The Kingdom of God is within us, and we’re OK. Much love. Amen.
