GIGGLING THE WORD MONDAY

Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book “The 4-Hour Workweek” by Timothy Ferriss.

Today I pray, “Dear God, I had a sweet little conversation with a co-worker today during which I asked her how her day was going. And she replied, ‘Really good. You know, it’s Monday.’ And she giggled the word Monday. I loved it. It was uplifting and showed leadership. I was moved by it. Her mood shifted my mood. This is the good life, you know, on a Monday. Heehee!”

Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to this passage:

“The question you should be asking isn’t, ‘What do I want?’ or ‘What are my goals?’ but ‘What would excite me?'”
—TIMOTHY FERRISS

May we each follow that calling that has us giggling the day of the week, especially Monday.
