Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book ‘The 4-Hour Workweek’ by Timothy Ferriss.
Today I pray “Dear God, Our true job is to love one another, choosing legacy by daily actions born of Providence. And in guarding the Divine — in willfully accepting this as our way — we honor love in the admirable certainty of our own infinite purpose. Thank You for this. Amen.”
Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to receive this passage:
“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.”
—GEORGE BERNARD SHAW
MAXIMS FOR REVOLUTIONISTS
As an unreasonable woman, I concur. My true stories are my testimonies toward an enlightenment, a compassion, and a good karma. There is no right or wrong.
There is authenticity. And it changes, as the day’s light on a front lawn, wherever in the entire world your front lawn may be. I want you to free yourself. And in being so, I’ll see no reason not to know who you are.
