Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from the book ‘The Power of I Am’ by Joel Osteen.

Today I pray, “Dear God, Jesus said, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life.’ I have often wondered, how powerful is the statement, ‘I am.’? Amen.”

Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to this passage:

“I am blessed. I am prosperous. I am successful. I am victorious. I am talented. I am creative. I am wise. I am healthy. I am in shape. I am energetic. I am happy. I am positive. I am passionate. I am strong. I am confident. I am secure. I am beautiful. I am attractive. I am valuable. I am free. I am redeemed. I am forgiven. I am anointed. I am accepted. I am approved. I am prepared. I am qualified. I am motivated. I am focused. I am disciplined. I am determined. I am patient. I am kind. I am generous. I am excellent. I am equipped. I am empowered. I am well able. I am a child of the Most High God.”

Declarations through communication draw earthly reality closer to the Divine. Positive affirmations of self have the power to impact others on a worldwide scale, as these acknowledgements move forward-thinking at the individual level while we all remain connected with one another. And positive affirmations can be very healing. In healing ourselves, we can heal others and the earth itself. By caring for our own blessed nature, we can improve upon the nature of our global environment. Prayer and meditation start here, mobilizing our connection and growing our healthiest ways of being.
