Today’s Prayer to Passage will be from a publication titled ‘Bottom Line’s Secret Healing Formulas & Hushed-Up Food Cures!’ published by Boardroom Inc.
Today I pray, “Dear God, Thank You for healthy food and sustaining nourishment. Your Love is a cornucopia of blessings. Amen.”
Following my prayer, I held the closed book in my hands and opened it to reveal this passage:
“Foods that are rich in folic acid and other B vitamins, such as bananas, pineapples, and apricots, help reduce the risk for osteoporosis-related fractures.
B-Vitamin
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup plain soy milk
1 cup pineapple, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup apricots, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon cod liver oilServes 4

I had to sit with this one for a while. Yet I trusted. What I was able to discern was that my sharing of my Prayer to Passage practice is for all people. Youth, adults, elders… And I will turn away from a direction that leads me to doubt what is being produced here. God produces good purposes. Even amid discontinuity, interruption, and a quaking earth. And this medium is not only a medium of artistry; I am a positive light, writing for each and every one of you. Peace, Love, and Wellness.
